AFT OPT presentation at “HIPER Conference” reg. High-Performance Marine Vehicles

Dr. Wasmansdorff, EVP at LR-Shipdesign AG (“LRSD”), presents the AFT OPT (aft ship optimisation) paper in cooperation w/Roland Lindinger, inventor of AFT OPT. The paper is one amongst more than 30 scientific papers/presentations contributing to more energy efficient solutions for the maritime industry. Our LRSD solution includes the application of recently world-wide patented application of aerodynamical/-mechanical and physical principles for the design of ship newbuildings. This game changer allows fuel savings of more than 6% vs. the so called “best design” as one of the benefits.
